Survey Statistics

In 2011, 476 of our program participants completed our satisfaction survey. Over 93% of our clients were satisfied with their services and would recommend our agency.
Our Medical Case Managers provided services to 89 clients in 2011. Approximately 10% of these clients are of Hispanic origin, and almost 60% are of African-American heritage.
 
Our substance abuse counselors provided services to 97 clients. Over 50% of these clients are Hispanic, and approximately 25% are of African-American heritage.
