Transportation Support

Hospital/Doctor Admission Central AHEC provides transportation tokens worth up to $170 to meet the medical transportation needs of clients served by specific agencies. The list of agencies includes:
  • Non-affiliated agencies (St. Phillip House, Mercy Housing, Tabor House, Hartford Dispensary Intensive Care Management, Chrysalis Center, and the Hispanic Health Council)
  • Ryan White Part B agencies (Human Resources Agency, Latino Community Services, UConn)
  • Ryan White Part A agencies (AIDS Project Hartford and its affiliated sites)
